ABOUT THE COURSE

JURISPRUDENCE (LEGAL METHOD, INDIAN LEGAL SYSTEM & BASIC THEORIES OF LAW)

This course is for law students pursuing LL.B./LL.M., Preparing for Judicial Services Examinations, LL.M. Entrance Exam, Lawyers, Advocates & Judges etc. The medium of instruction shall be bi-lingual, but the content provided will be in English. There will be live classes thrice a week, and the recording of the same shall be uploaded in the Content section of this Course which may be accessed by the students anytime. The duration of each class will be 60-90 Min. and the duration/validity of this course will be of 4-5 Months. Class timings will be in the late evening starting from 8 PM. Once you join this course, you shall be added to the Class WhatsApp group, wherein you will receive links for the live classes and other relevant information.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Vivek Kr. Gaurav is an advocate by profession. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Sainik School Tilaiya. He graduated in Humanities & Social Sciences, Specialisation in Counselling Psychology from CIC, University of Delhi. He had completed his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Further, he completed his LL.M. with a specialisation in Criminal & Security Laws and presently practising at Delhi High Court, District & Sessions Courts in the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR. He is also the Founder and CEO of “The Legal Indian”, an initiative to spread legal awareness among the masses. His areas of interest are Criminal, Matrimonial and Constitutional Laws. He has a specialisation in Counselling Psychology and a passion for teaching Law.  He is also running a YouTube Channel, “The Legal Indian”, having around 250K Subscribers.
