ABOUT THE TEACHER-  This course is designed and prepared by Vivek Kr. Gaurav (Advocate, LL.M.) (Delhi High Court). He is a practising Advocate and is interested in teaching law. He is a graduate in B.A.(H) with a specialization in Counselling Psychology from CIC, DU. He has completed his LL.B. from the prestigious Faculty of Law, D.U. and also obtained an LL.M. degree in Criminal & Security Law from P.U. Presently, he is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and also a member of the prestigious Delhi High Court. He is practising in the fields of Criminal Law, Family Law, Service Matters, Cyber Law and Constitutional Law at Hon'ble Delhi High Court, New Delhi.
